BIPS accepts students from Foundation Stage 1 (FS1) through to Year 13, covering the full range of British schooling from early years through to A-Level equivalent qualifications. Age eligibility for each year group is based on the child's age as of 31st August of the academic year, in line with SPEA requirements.

The admissions process at BIPS involves six straightforward steps. First, complete the online application form on the BIPS website. The admissions team will then contact you regarding any required documents. Your child will be invited to sit an assessment appropriate to their year group. Upon successful assessment and subject to seat availability, an official offer letter will be issued. You then secure your child's place by paying the registration fee and submitting all required documentation. Finally, your child begins their learning journey at BIPS Sharjah.

To complete the admission process at BIPS, parents or guardians must submit the following documents: a recent passport-sized photo of the student; valid copies of Emirates ID for both the student and sponsor; valid copies of passport and visa for both the student and sponsor; for UAE nationals, the passport page containing the unified number; a copy of the student's vaccination record or medical file from the previous school; a copy of the birth certificate; for UAE nationals, a copy of the family book (Khulasat Al Qaid); a continuous studying letter from the previous school; a pass certificate for the last grade level (for Year 1 and above); a transfer certificate; and a Code of Conduct Certificate for students entering Year 5 and above.
