As a British Curriculum School, and in line with SPEA requirements, please note age requirements are based on your child’s age at 31st August.

Your child will be invited for an assessment (as per the policy).

Upon completing the assessment and subject to seat availability, the student will receive an offer letter from School.

Secure your child’s place by paying the registration fees and submitting any required documentation.

Required Documents
The school requires all parents/guardians to submit the following documents to the school as part of the Admission process:
- Recent passport-sized photo of the student
- Copy of Emirates ID for both student and sponsor (valid).
- Copy of passport & visa for both student and sponsor (valid).
- For UAE nationals: provide the passport page containing the unified number.
- Copy of the student’s vaccination record or medical file from the previous school.
- Copy of birth certificate.
- For UAE nationals: a copy of the family book (Khulasat Al Qaid).
- Color copy of continuous studying letter from the previous school.
- Color copy of pass certificate for the last grade level (Year 1 and above).
- Color copy of transfer certificate.
- Code of Conduct Certificate (Year 5 and above).




EYFS (Key Stage 1)
Here at BIPS, we follow the British Curriculum, The Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) sets standards for the learning, development and care of children. The EYFS is more than a curriculum it is a framework designed to support an integrated approach to early learning and care. It gives all professionals a set of common principles and commitments to deliver quality early education and childcare experiences to all children. Teachers deliver individualised learning we a common aim to provide children the best possible start in life. Every child is supported individually to make progress at their own pace this is achieved through play and inquiry based activities.
Primary (Key Stage 2)

Cambridge Primary starts the learners on an exciting educational journey, setting out what they should be able to do at each stage of their primary education.




Lower Secondary (Key Stage 3)
Cambridge Lower Secondary is typically for learners aged 11 to 14 years. It helps you prepare students for the next step of their education, providing a clear path as they progress through the Cambridge Pathway in an age-appropriate way.
Our Lower Secondary curriculum provides uninterrupted continuation from our Primary Programme and a very clear progression pathway for our Upper Secondary courses. Our curriculum is regularly adapted towards the needs of all our students offering a broad and balanced curricular to enable all students to succeed.
Upper Secondary
(Key Stage 4) IGCSE
Cambridge Upper Secondary is typically for learners aged 14 to 16 years. It offers learners the route to gaining Cambridge IGCSEs. Cambridge Upper Secondary builds on the foundations of Cambridge Lower Secondary, although learners do not need to complete that stage before this one. During Year 10, students have the opportunity to choose option subjects to study at IGCSE Level, alongside a number of core subjects. Students will study either Double Award Science or a minimum of 2 single Sciences. Unless special dispensation has been sought, all students have to take the following compulsory subjects:




Post-16 Advanced (Key Stage 5) AS & A Level
Brilliant International Private School is pleased to offer AS and A level qualification since the academic year 2022-2023.
At BIPS, we have personalized teaching support with bespoke and tailored pathways for all our students. One of our main feature is small class size with personal academic advisors for each of our Post 16 students. During our first year delivering Post 16, we are capping the class size to a maximum of 9, allowing for full time learning for all independent of the COVID protocols in place next year.

- Registration fee 500 AED will be adjusted from the term one tuition fee. This amount is not refundable in case a

Payment Policy
- Registration Fee: AED 500 (non-refundable).
- Tuition Fees: Payable via 3 post-dated cheques (5th August 5th December 5th March).
Refund Policy
- Books & uniforms is non-refundable.
- Tuition and transport fee refunds follow SPEA guidelines:
- 2 weeks or less: One month’s fee payable.
- 2 weeks to 1 month: Two months’ fee payable.
- More than 1 month: Full semester fee payable.
Discounts
- Sibling Discount: 5% on tuition fees.
- Single Payment Discount: 5% on tuition fees
Terms & Conditions of Leaving
- One term’s notice is required for students leaving BIPS.
- Unpaid fees must be settled before the issuance of transfer certificates or final reports.
